Meet Rosie

Rosie is honored to have been recognized as one of the Fifty Most Influential Hispanic Business Leaders in Florida. As a native of Ecuador who came to the United States as a teenager, she is proud to have achieved success as a public speaker and business trailblazer. She is the owner of Rosie Paulsen Enterprises and S&R Services, a company that brokers insurance coverage for seniors throughout Tampa Bay, with a particular focus on helping seniors all over Florida find the best insurance plans for their needs.

In addition to this, she has been fortunate enough to receive a Leadership Award from the Tampa Bay Hispanic Heritage and is an alumna of Smart Start Pasco and Inner-City Capital Connection. Currently, Rosie serves as a commissioner of The Florida Commission on the Status of Women and the City of Tampa Equal Business Opportunity Council.
