Rosie Paulsen is the founder and CEO of S&R Services LLC, a Medicare and ACA insurance agency serving Florida seniors since 2009. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Rosie came to the United States as a teenager and became a proud naturalized American citizen in 2000. For over 20 years she has helped hundreds of Florida seniors find the right Medicare plan — with clarity, compassion, and zero cost to them.
Rosie holds the RSSA® credential — Registered Social Security Analyst — and a Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuities license. She works with top Medicare carriers including Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Devoted Health. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and serves seniors across all of Florida.
Beyond insurance, Rosie is a published author, a public speaker, and a civic leader. Her book — Ñeque: Purpose, Resilience, and Determination: Create Your Lasting Legacy — shares the resilience philosophy that built S&R Services. She has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in Florida by the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Florida Commission on the Status of Women.

The Story Behind S&R Services
I am honored to be recognized as one of the Fifty Most Influential Hispanic Business Leaders in Florida. As a native of Ecuador who came to the United States as a teenager, I became a proud naturalized American citizen in 2000 — and I have never stopped being grateful for this beautiful country and the opportunities it gave me.
I founded S&R Services in 2009 with one simple mission — to make insurance simple for seniors across all of Florida. What started as one agent with a big heart has grown into a team of dedicated servant leaders who put people before profit every single day.
I have been honored with a Leadership Award from Tampa Bay Hispanic Heritage and am an alumnus of Smart Start Pasco and Inner-City Capital Connection. I serve as a Commissioner on the Florida Commission on the Status of Women and am proudly involved in the Zephyrhills Economic Development Coalition and the Pasco Commission on the Status of Women.
As the author of Ñeque: Purpose, Resilience, and Determination: Create Your Lasting Legacy — I share the mindset that built S&R Services. Ñeque is about finding the grit and grace inside yourself to keep going when life gets hard. I wrote it for entrepreneurs, for agents, and for anyone who needs a reminder that they are stronger than they think.
