My primary focus is operational excellence — overseeing the internal processes that allow Rosie and our Agency Partners to do what they do best: serve seniors and families with clarity, compassion, and no-cost guidance. From streamlining administrative procedures and optimizing resources, to ensuring every communication channel within the agency runs smoothly — I am committed to making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Throughout my career I have built a reputation as a behind-the-scenes problem-solver. I take pride in identifying and addressing challenges before they become obstacles, so our team can remain focused on what truly matters — the people we serve.
